This month, ARGUS revisits the ways American socio-political changes are reflected on the built environment, and focuses on the case study of Las Vegas, by inviting Stefan Al, Associate Professor of Urban Design at the University of Pennsylvania and author of the book “The Strip, Las Vegas and the Architecture of the American Dream”.
This blog aims to show the process of organising the handful of events that will constitute this year’s Night of Philosophy. It will contain weekly reflections or updates, written by one of the members of the Night of Philosophy working group. It will revolve around this year’s theme The Post-Anthropocene.
We meet every Tuesday at 12:30 in the ARGUS space – if you’re interested in joining or contributing, feel free to come by!
